Concussions
Concussions can cause a myriad of neurological symptoms that can be debilitating to a patient.
Thus, at the Texas Concussion Clinic you will be thoroughly evaluated by a Board Certified Neurologist who specializes in traumatic brain injury/concussion.
The neurologist will be able to order the appropriate diagnostic testing that is custom tailored to your needs including MRI, Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI), QEEG, QSPECT, CT imaging.

Our Board Certified Neurologists will assess you in a timely manner and if needed, perform the appropriate state of the art concussion work-up and treatment.
Athletes will be cleared to Return to Play based on objective neurological assessments.
Our Staff
Vinit Mehrotra, M.D.
Dr. Mehrotra is a seasoned neurologist and has a well-established private practice in Fort Worth, Texas for the past 15 years. After completing his medical school, Dr. Mehrotra completed multiple residency programs in Allahabad and New Delhi, india. He completed his Neurology Residency at Seton Hall University in Edison, New Jersey. Dr. Mehrotra went on to complete a Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. In addition to being Board Certified in Neurology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Mehrotra also holds a Board Certification in Vascular Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Mehrotra serves as the Stroke Medical Director at Harris Methodist Hospital which is a Comprehensive Stroke Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
In his free time, Dr. Mehrotra enjoys world travel and an active lifestyle.
Mandeep Chahil, M.D.
Dr. Chahil is a native of Michigan and moved to Texas to complete his Neurology Residency at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston where he also completed a Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology.
He has a special interest in evaluation and treatment of Traumatic Brain Injury and Concussion.
Dr. Chahil currently serves as the Director of Neurology at the Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Chahil also currently serves as the Stroke Medical Director at the Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Dr. Chahil believes living a healthy lifestyle is essential to a productive life. In addition to working out regularly, his interests include nutritional neurology, traveling, and an active lifestyle.
